This archive contains the C++ source code of PscanChIP and instructions on how to have it installed on your system. Please note that in order to compile PscanChIP you will need the "Gnu Scientific Library" (GSL) already installed on your system.
The following archives contain genomes in the "raw" format used by PscanChIP. Unzip the genomes you need inside the main PscanChIP folder.
If you need a genome or an assembly not avaialble here please follow the instructions in the README.txt
file of the PscanChIP archive on how to prepare a genome to be used by PscanChIP.
It's possible to use motif matrices identified by Weeder 2.0 with PscanChIP converting them with the mat_converter tool.
